Project Oceanology Dates and Information The Oceanology students will have the opportunity to extend their learning by going to Project Oceanology in Groton, CT. All of the groups will be spending time on the Enviro-Lab boat, and exploring Long Island Sound. All trips will leave SHS at 8:00am and will return to school by 12:00pm. Any changes to this schedule will be told to the students ahead of time. All field trips will fall on "odd" days, the days the students have Oceanology. This information will help parents know their child's school schedule on a field trip day. The students also have the opportunity to eat lunch at Fin's Cafe, in the Oceanology building at the Avery Point campus. If they choose not to eat lunch there, we will be returning in time for the students to eat lunch at school during X-Block. |
