What do I do if I miss a class?

Every day class meets, each student has the opportunity to earn 5 points towards their grade.  For more details on how these points are awarded, see the "Grading Policy" page for the class you are enrolled in. 

If you miss class, you may do an Article Abstract on an article or your choosing related to a  topic that we are exploring in class.  In order to earn the credit, the abstract must be turned in upon your return to class.  If you miss consecutive classes, you may turn in one article summary for each class that you missed.  Click here to go to the Article Abstract Format.
